Made in exactly the same way as our classic Double Chocolate Brownie simply without the gluten. A slightly lighter texture but with the chocolate flavours as strong as ever.
We have had an amazing response to these brownies from people who can’t or don’t eat gluten. They are just thrilled to eat something that has real flavour and is completely delicious. Anecdotally it seems that many gluten free foods lack a taste punch which is why people rave about these brownies. To be completely honest, we’d struggle to tell the difference in a blind taste test and we’ve been making them for a while.

Ingredients: 45% Belgian chocolate (74% cocoa solids), butter (milk), sugar, free range eggs, Doves Farm gluten free self raising flour (Raising agent: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), coffee.
