Just a touch of wholemeal flour gives our Orange Cake a full bodied texture with citrus freshness and the caramel flavour of soft brown sugar. We use real fresh oranges to add the zest and juice to both the cake and the icing. This is a truly versatile treat. Great in the colder months with a cuppa but equally delicious in the warmer weather with a glass of Vin Santo.
